Please be informed that the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine adopted Resolutions No. 152, 153, 154 dated 02.06.2008 and No. 216 dated 28.07.2008, with amendments to the procedure and conditions of the foreign currency trading on the territory of Ukraine. In this respect and under the conditions of the Loan Agreement entered into by and between you and the Bank, the automatic multicurrency direct debit of current account needs to be partially suspended by the Bank since the 4th of November, 2008
